Hi, I'm Mano Mthimkhulu and I'm your baker. 

I grew up kwaCeza, in the north of Kwa-Zulu Natal but moved to Pietermartizburg in 2011. Growing up cooking was my greatest antipathy, let alone baking. It wasn't until 2012 when my daughter came to stay with me full time that it all changed, and from then on my love for baking became my obsession. 

We all have our favorite desserts, and for many people it’s cake. I'm a cake lover myself and I enjoy delicious cakes, but nowadays bakers do not put much effort in making a well-balanced cake. A cake that is not excessively sweet. Finding that balance between cake flavor and frosting that compliments the cake is what I thrive to achieve, getting cake lovers to indulge in a delicious cake once more.  

So I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to remind everyone why they love eating this delicious treat, and just like that Le Tastylicious was born.
